Seeking a Urologist to join a community-based health system with an established patient base and opportunities to expand the robotics service line.
Responsibilities include providing general urology care, with mentorship available for new graduates, and incorporating subspecialty interests within a general framework. The role offers a quick ramp-up with immediate patient volume, a balanced 4.5-day workweek, and an average of 20-30 patients daily. The physician will participate in clinical procedures using advanced equipment such as the Da Vinci Xi robot and a well-equipped clinic. The position involves collaborating with a team of experienced physicians, support staff, and onsite surgery scheduling.
Key qualifications include MD/DO, Board Eligible or Certified. Skills preferred include robotics experience. Leadership opportunities exist, especially in robotics and program development.
Compensation includes competitive salary, bonuses, sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, and generous PTO, with CME allowances and sponsorship options. The role involves a 1:4 call schedule with minimal trauma burden and mostly non-emergent calls.
