Overview

With the extremely successful launch of Vyndamax for the treatment of patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM), Pfizer has established Vyndamax as the global leader in the field of amyloidosis. Vyndamax is a US Commercial priority and the anchor brand for the Specialty Care. With two new competitive entrants and an additional potential entrant expected in early 2027, positioning Vyn for continued leadership is critical for Pfizer. As the brand advances through its lifecycle, sustained performance will require strong strategic planning, operational execution and disciplined investment management.

The team operates in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with analytics, media, customer engagement, and enterprise teams to translate insight into action and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

This role will report to the Vyndamax HCP Competitive and LCM Lead.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead HCP contracting activities using Navigator+ for consultancies, congress product theaters (national and subnational), and advisory boards.

· Coordinate congress logistics and planning in collaboration with the National Congress lead, Thought Leader Engagement Liasons and cross-functional partners.

· Direct the VYNDAMAX speaker bureau operations, including regular engagement with speaker ops.

· Orchestrate the Vyndamax team’s spring and fall virtual speaker series alongside the sales team, including the development of promotional assets and navigation through Review Committee (RC).

· Design and execute the annual Speaker Program Needs Assessment (SPNA) and Annual Consulting Needs Assessment (ACNA) processes, partnering with US marketing, medical, and global stakeholders

· Manage HCP peer to peer budget

· Manage Vyndamax resource availability in PROMPT (online ordering system for sales colleagues), including inventory and production management (print and digital).

· Support and advance promo Med-Ed strategies by applying customer insights from market research and translating into effective tactics and messaging.

· Lead additional HCP marketing tactics and events as needed, such as campaign pull through, label updates, and digital asset development from print materials.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors Degree required

· Prior experience in a competitive, dynamic business environment preferred

· Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability for business challenges, think strategically and tackle complex problems. Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high energy environment balancing multiple projects at once.

· Ability to execute in the face of ambiguity or change

· Adaptable and flexible with work; being able to work with multiple teams at the same time

· Able to perform administrative functions with minimum supervision and be able to prioritize work independently

· Detail oriented, independent, proactive, self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills

· Fast learner; have the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly

· Strong team player with ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills – gathers input from key stakeholders

· Strong organization skills and reliability

· IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
