Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Van Sales Specialist role based in Dubai.

• Responsible for identifying and developing new retail and supermarket accounts while also developing existing accounts.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company’s product portfolio.
• Visiting supermarkets, groceries, baqalas and other retail outlets to present product offerings, negotiating prices and terms.
• Processing orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate van stock, inventory, and daily sales records.

The Van Sales Specialist will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of FMCG or consumer goods markets, ideally with experience in food, beverages, beauty, or personal care products.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and Malayalam.
• Basic proficiency in sales reporting, order processing, and use of common office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple customer visits.
• Previous experience in trading, distribution, or retail sales in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (Manual + automatic license) and willingness to travel within Dubai and surrounding Emirates as required.
