Title : VAVE Engineer

Location : Athens, GA - Onsite - Relocation also acceptable

Visa : Any


JD:

  • Execute VAVE/Cost Reduction/Cost Optimization projects
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders & Cross functional teams
  • Participate in internal & external meetings and reviews
  • Conduct peer reviews
  • Ensure milestone deliveries as per project schedule and with quality
  • Update project status and any important info/issue to relevant stakeholders in timely manner
  • Ensure successful completion of project with customer review and acceptance/feedback
  • Ability to study and analyze Design requirements, Materials, Manufacturing Processes and identify Cost drivers
  • Hands on Design/CAD experience in parts made by Sheet Metal/Casting/Molding/Fabrication/Machining etc.
  • Good understanding about above manufacturing processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical 3+ years of experience
