We offer a one-off £2,500 recruitment and retention allowance for Veterinary Surgeons joining our Grimsby animal hospital. This enables you to build clinical confidence quickly while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. The shift pattern is predominantly Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, supporting a strong work life balance.
