The business has ambitious growth plans, has recently secured a new 20-person office, and is looking for someone who can set the standard, build the culture and lead the operation through its next stage of growth.

You'll have an established team of consultants to lead from day one, alongside the backing of an experienced senior leadership team and a wider global infrastructure.

As Vice President, you'll take ownership of the Miami office/ US HQ, combining strategic leadership with a hands-on, client-focused approach.

  • Playing a key role in expanding the office towards its next stage of growth.

Who We're Looking For:

You'll ideally bring:

  • A proven track record of leading a recruitment team, with flexibility around team size.

  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of driving revenue and team performance.
  • A structured, process-driven approach, with the ability to establish clear standards and accountability.
  • A client-focused mindset and the ability to lead from the front.
  • The ambition to build a high-performing office and play a significant role in its growth.

US recruitment market experience is essential.

We're open to leaders from different recruitment specialisms, provided you have the leadership capability, commercial mindset and ambition to scale an operation.
