LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a growing residential homebuilder seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead construction operations for its Florida division. This position is located In Panama City Beach, Florida. It is onsite, direct hire, and relocation assistance will be provided.

This executive leader will oversee field operations, construction teams, budgeting, scheduling, quality, vendor management, and operational growth across multiple residential communities.

Requirements:

• Must Have-Residential homebuilding leadership experience
• Must Have-Multi-community or subdivision construction management
• Must Have-Experience leading superintendents/builders
• Must Have-Strong budgeting, cost control, and vendor management skills
• Must Have-Knowledge of land development and site readiness
• Florida Contractor License or ability to obtain within 90 days

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $130,000–$170,000
• Bonus Opportunity
• Total Compensation Potential: $200,000–$250,000+
