JOB TITLE: Vice President of Finance

LOCATION: Newton, Massachusetts

INDUSTRY: HealthTech / Medical Imaging AI

COMPENSATION: 200,000 - 280,000 USD per year plus benefits

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

KLS Workforce Solutions has been retained to find a strategic and operationally-focused Vice President of Finance for a premier, high-growth HealthTech company specializing in medical imaging AI. This is a confidential search for a leader who will serve as a key architect of the company’s financial future as they scale globally.

THE ROLE

The Vice President of Finance will lead all aspects of global financial operations, including strategic FP and A, corporate accounting, and capital management. You will work closely with the executive team to drive profitability, manage international expansion, and refine SaaS revenue metrics. This role is ideal for a financial leader who thrives in fast-paced technology environments and possesses a deep understanding of the medical software landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead long-range financial modeling and annual budgeting processes to drive corporate strategy.

Manage global accounting operations, including tax compliance and multi-national reporting under GAAP and IFRS.

Optimize cash flow, treasury operations, and investor relations.

Collaborate on commercial contracts, pricing structures, and software revenue recognition.

Maintain and enhance internal controls and ERP systems to support rapid scaling.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

At least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally within the HealthTech or software sectors.

Proven track record of managing finance for a high-growth company with international operations.

Expertise in financial modeling, corporate FP and A, and complex revenue recognition.

Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting is required; MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred.

Active CPA license preferred.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner with cross-functional executive teams.
