Video Editor

UAE-based, moving to Saudi Arabia.

Not an editor who waits for a brief. I need someone who thinks in hooks, knows why a video stops the scroll in the first two seconds, and walks in with ideas I haven't thought of yet.

TIC is building in trading, media and AI. Close to 800K followers across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, an app growing fast, and a brand going global. The person in this seat shapes how all of it looks and feels.

What you'll own:

Short-form that performs on TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts, from idea to final cut. Hooks, pacing, sound, motion, captions. Spotting trends early and turning them into our content before everyone else does.

Who you are:

You live on the platforms. You can show videos you edited that actually pulled views. You shoot and edit, deliver clean work the first time, and need zero hand-holding.

The setup:

✔ Must be based in the UAE now

✔ Relocating to Saudi Arabia, base between Madinah and Jeddah

✔ Content trips with the team every 2-3 months: Dubai, Thailand and more

✔ Visa and travel covered (accommodation not included)

✔ Salary from 4,000 AED + bonuses tied to views and follower growth

✔ Full-time
