The Opportunity

A growing digital performance agency is looking for an experienced SEO & PPC Account Manager to lead client relationships and coordinate the delivery of integrated search campaigns. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of established regional brands, translating their commercial goals into clear priorities for internal specialists and ensuring consistently strong service.

This role suits someone who combines hands-on knowledge of search marketing with confident client management, strong project ownership, and the ability to explain technical recommendations in clear business language.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client communication across email, calls, messaging platforms, presentations, and in-person meetings.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including senior and C-level decision-makers.
• Oversee SEO, generative search optimization (GEO), social search, and PPC activity across a portfolio of accounts.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using metrics such as organic visibility, rankings, clicks, impressions, conversions, and return on investment.
• Prepare clear performance reports, identify opportunities, and present recommendations and next steps to clients.
• Coordinate internal specialists across technical SEO, content, paid media, analytics, and digital PR to keep work on brief, on schedule, and aligned with client goals.
• Guide cross-platform search strategies covering traditional search engines, video and social platforms, and AI-powered discovery tools.
• Support search audits, content growth plans, technical improvements, and paid campaign optimization.
• Manage timelines, priorities, resources, risks, and competing deadlines across multiple accounts.
• Identify appropriate opportunities for account growth, retention, and additional services.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous professional experience managing SEO and/or PPC campaigns; exposure to GEO, AI search, or social search is highly desirable.
• Strong agency-side account management or client services experience, ideally across multiple concurrent accounts.
• A broad understanding of digital marketing channels and how search supports wider business and marketing objectives.
• Confidence interpreting campaign data and turning it into practical, commercially relevant recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for different audiences.
• Strong organization and project management skills, with experience coordinating teams, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership, and asking for support early when priorities conflict.
• High standards for client service, attention to detail, and quality of delivery.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools; familiarity with platforms such as Monday.com is an advantage.
