As a Video Production Specialist within the Marketing Division, you are responsible for the end-to-end creation of world-class video content that defines the Exness brand. You work with a high degree of autonomy to produce "celebrate-worthy" visual narratives that are "unmistakable" and high-impact. You are required on a "hands-on" approach to manage everything from cinematography and lighting to post-production and metadata optimization. Your primary goal is to ensure all video assets support the company strategy, brand protection mandate and drive the retention strategy across all global jurisdictions. What you'll actually do Lead pre-production, production, and post-production for global video projects, including brand films, educational content, and social media campaigns. Direct and execute high-quality cinematography, lighting, and sound recording, maintaining a tech-professional aesthetic that reflects Exness’s world-class positioning. Develop and produce specialized video workstreams aligned with company strategy, creating content that strengthens client management and drives long-term trader activity. Create high-impact video frameworks for influencers and ambassadors, enabling authentic storytelling that effectively reaches and engages target audiences. Act as a senior guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring 100% adherence to global brand protection guidelines across every frame and narrative. Perform rigorous technical quality control (QC) on all video outputs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of execution, quality, and brand consistency. Independently identify and implement new production technologies and AI-driven editing tools to increase production velocity and enhance creative output. Utilize project management and collaboration platforms, including Jira, Miro, and Figma, to streamline production workflows and accelerate decision-making. Apply generative AI tools and workflows for video production, including AI image generation, text-to-video, image-to-video, node-based workflows, prompt engineering, lighting and composition, visual consistency, and photorealistic rendering. Partner independently with Producers to translate business requirements into technically precise video briefs (TORs). Collaborate closely with Design and Motion teams to maintain a unified visual direction and reduce operational silos across the production unit. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree or higher in Film Production, Cinematography, Media Communications, or a related field. Mastery of professional post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation and video generation platforms, including Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, Claude, GPT, and Nano Banana, with practical knowledge of integrating these tools into AI video production workflows. Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in professional video production, ideally within an international corporate environment or high-end creative agency. Proven track record of delivering large-scale global campaigns as an independent expert (SME). Significant experience in the fintech, high-growth technology, or premium lifestyle sectors is highly preferred. Mastery of professional camera systems, including RED, ARRI, and Sony Cinema Line, as well as lighting setups and audio engineering. Expert knowledge of the end-to-end creative production lifecycle and technical specifications for diverse digital platforms. Strong understanding of metadata governance and video SEO/AEO best practices. Proactive ownership, with a high degree of independence and the ability to solve complex production challenges with minimal guidance. Exceptional attention to detail, with a relentless focus on technical perfection and brand consistency. Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns in digital discovery and propose innovative, non-obvious visual solutions. Daily collaboration with Producers, Designers, and Content Production team members to ensure integrated campaign execution.
