Reporting to the Head of VIP The Role We’re seeking dynamic and charismatics Jr. VIP Account Managers to join our team! This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new online casino from day one, seeing what's it like building a VIP program from the ground up. You'll collaborate with a passionate, high-energy and truly welcoming team. We are open to both Senior & Junior profiles. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations. Using different channels: phone, telegram, email. Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailored to their individual preferences. Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention and loyalty, including creating exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP players. What You Bring Proven experience in an account manager/ account executive/ sales rep/ customer support agent or similar roles. Excelent communication skills in English - C2 , both written and verbal. Familiarity with Australian, New Zealand or other english gambling cultures is a huge plus. Friendly attitude with relationship-building skills to foster positive and lasting partnerships. iGaming experience is a strong plus. Why Join Us?
