The Opportunity
We're supporting an iconic global consumer brand on the appointment of a VP Enterprise Technology, a newly created executive leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering technology strategy across the entire organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead a broad technology function spanning Business Systems, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and IT Operations, ensuring technology is a true enabler of growth, innovation and operational excellence.

The Role
As VP Enterprise Technology, you'll sit as a key member of the leadership team, partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product, Finance and Marketing to align technology investments with business objectives.
You will own the technology roadmap, build high-performing teams, drive operational excellence and ensure the organisation has the systems, data and capabilities required to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can accelerate growth and efficiency.
- Establish technology roadmaps, investment priorities and governance frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across the business.
Business Systems
- Own enterprise applications and business systems across corporate and operational environments.
- Lead implementation, optimisation and modernisation of technology platforms.
- Ensure systems remain scalable, secure and aligned to future business needs.
- Drive adoption and value realisation from technology investments.
AI & Automation
- Define and execute the company's AI and automation strategy.
- Identify practical AI use cases that improve productivity, customer experience and operational performance.
- Establish governance and best practice around responsible AI usage.
- Build AI capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Data & Analytics
- Create and execute the enterprise data strategy.
- Develop reporting, analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
- Improve data governance, data quality and accessibility across the organisation.
- Enable more effective forecasting, planning and decision-making through data.
IT & Cyber Security
- Lead IT operations including infrastructure, networks, service delivery and end-user support.
- Ensure robust cyber security, resilience and business continuity capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement across IT service management and operational processes.
- Manage risk, compliance and data protection requirements.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary technology organisation.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on innovation, delivery and accountability.
- Manage technology budgets, strategic vendors and external partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
About You
We're looking for a technology executive with a proven track record of leading broad enterprise technology functions within complex, growing organisations.
Required Experience
- 12+ years' experience within technology leadership positions.
- Executive-level leadership experience across multiple technology disciplines.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise technology strategies and transformation programmes.
- Experience spanning business systems, IT operations, infrastructure, cyber security, data and AI.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing significant technology budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and board-level executives.
- Experience building and leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Experience
- Consumer products, retail, manufacturing or operationally complex environments.
- Large-scale ERP, CRM or enterprise systems transformation programmes.
- AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Modern data, analytics and business intelligence platforms.
