We’re looking for a charismatic, attentive, and energetic Waiter to join our award-winning team. You’ll be the face of Gilpin Spice, delivering exceptional service with warmth, flair, and precision. 🍽️Your Role as Waiter: Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality and a smile that sparkles. Guides guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm. Delivers food and drinks with efficiency and elegance, to enhance the guest journey. Collaborates with chefs and colleagues to ensure seamless service. Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette. Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care. Salary: from £26,624 to £28,704 Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being £234 to £351 per month.
