About The Role

Working as part of the Wardsperson Operations Team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the patient care environment.
- Undertaking proactive wardsperson practices to identify and address potential risks.
- Responding promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies and operational requirements.
- Supporting fire safety and security operations across the hospital.
- Assisting patients, visitors and staff in a professional and respectful manner.
- Following NSW Health policies, procedures and safety requirements.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Contributing to operational excellence and a positive healthcare environment.
About You
