Vylor is currently seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team at the Hedrick, Iowa Production facility What You Will Do: Support daily logistical needs by working with production employees, supervisors, and management in maintaining inventory accuracy and resolving inventory discrepancies Provide coordination with sales support team, inter-company schedulers, and vendors using systems Run inventory reports daily/weekly/monthly to ensure accuracy at location, including package inventory and direct materials Knowledge and use of production rates in inventory/direct material usage prediction Ability to give direction on material types to use to accurately manage direct material levels Lead monthly cycle counts, annual inventory reconciliation process and inventory audits Monitor automated inventory discrepancy reports and work with team to troubleshoot differences Participate in process improvement projects by collaborating with team to implement best practices Continuous building of your personal skillset through goal planning, team building and inclusion activities Manage discard (treated and untreated) working with STO Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinators Willing and able to provide assistance to the production location to cover any warehouse work that may be needed Various other duties as assigned by supervisor that will help us meet the needs of our customers and support the overall wellbeing of our location Education: You have your High School Diploma or equivalent What Skills You Need: Minimum of two (2) years shipping, transportation, inventory management, and/or logistics experience within a production agriculture or plant operations environment or equivalent production process You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Climb and/or work in elevated areas, Stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting You are comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as required Ability to multitask with a high attention to details Willing to go out on the floor and capture inventory information as needed (this will be required if no staff are available to supply the information required) Willing to work in other areas that need support, as needed Team building and networking, problem resolution, and customer service skills You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone skills You uphold health and safety to the highest standard!
