We are supporting a fast-growing U.S. logistics and warehousing company that is expanding its operations across multiple locations.

We are currently looking for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, FBA transfer, fulfillment, e-commerce logistics, 3PL, transportation, or team management.

What You May Be Doing

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Managing or supporting inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Receiving, unloading, sorting, palletizing, and outbound shipments
• Supporting e-commerce order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping
• Coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams
• Handling shipment, inventory, and operational exceptions
• Monitoring productivity, accuracy, service levels, and operational KPIs
• Supervising and training warehouse staff for leadership-level positions
• Improving SOPs, workflow, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Warehouse / logistics operations
• 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment
• FBA transfer / Cross-Docking
• Inbound / outbound operations
• Order fulfillment
• Transportation / shipping coordination
• Warehouse team leadership

Bilingual English & Mandarin candidates are especially welcome. For some locations and roles, English & Spanish capability is also highly valued.

Compensation

💰 Supervisor-level roles: approximately $60,000–$80,000/year

💰 Manager-level roles: approximately $80,000–$100,000/year

Compensation depends on experience, role scope, and location.

Work Authorization

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

The company is also open to considering candidates on OPT / STEM OPT, and visa support may be considered depending on the candidate’s situation and long-term fit.
