Warehouse Supervisor - Maules Creek

About the Role

Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Maules Creek Mine. This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of warehousing and inventory functions across site. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials availability, inventory accuracy, and supply chain reliability to support our mining operations.

This position involves working a 9 day-fortnight, with relocation and temporary accommodation options available.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop warehouse and inventory teams to deliver safe, efficient operations
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, cycle counts and reconciliations
• Ensure materials are available to support maintenance and operational requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and implement effective warehousing processes and standards
• Maintain systems, governance and reporting to optimise inventory performance and costs

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership role (mining or heavy industry preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing warehousing teams in mining, heavy industry, or a similar regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Proficiency in inventory and materials systems (e.g. Pulse MM or SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
