【職位描述 / Role & Responsibilities】

• 專業財務方案設計： 運用嚴謹的邏輯分析，提供全面的財務解決方案，包括投資組合管理、財富規劃、退休計劃及風險評估。
• Provide comprehensive, logic-driven financial solutions including portfolio management, wealth planning, and risk assessment.
• 深度專業培訓： 參與由團隊核心專家（包括 PhD）指導的財務知識及監管培訓，涵蓋稅務制度、法規遵循、資產管理及遺產規劃。
• Participate in advanced financial training led by PhD experts, covering tax systems, legal compliance, and estate planning.
• 高淨值客戶管理： 專注於管理高淨值客戶財富，提供基於數據與法理的專業財務及稅務建議。
• Manage wealth for HNW clients, providing evidence-based financial and tax advisory services.
• 客戶關係維護： 與經理及團隊合作提供優質售後服務，建立基於專業與信賴的長期客戶關係。
• Collaborate with the team to provide premium after-sales services and maintain long-term client trust.
• 專業溝通賦能： 在行業專家與資深導師指導下，完成專業溝通技巧與高階演講培訓。
• Complete high-level communication and presentation training under the guidance of industry experts.

【申請要求 / Requirements】

• 學歷背景： 學士學位或以上，金融、經濟、風險管理或計算機/工程相關領域優先。
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or STEM fields.
• 身份要求： 香港永久居民，或持 IANG / TTPS (高才通) / QMAS (優才) / 受養人簽證持有人。
• HKID holders or IANG / TTPS / QMAS / Dependent visa holders.
• 語言能力： 中英文讀寫流利；能以普通話流利溝通者優先。
• Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• 核心素質： 具備良好的邏輯思維與團隊合作精神，積極主動，目標導向，且具備持續學習的自驅力。
• Self-motivated team player with strong logical reasoning and a commitment to continuous learning.
• 專業資格： 須考取相關受規管活動牌照（由公司提供完整支援）。
• Required to obtain relevant regulatory licenses (Full support provided).
