About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Developer and Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning and elevating Ivo's online presence through the end-to-end management of our website. Your expertise will drive the architecture, development, performance optimization, and experimentation initiatives that ensure our website remains a high-performing, scalable, and conversion-focused platform. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and demand generation teams to create a system that not only ships quickly but also effectively measures success and optimizes user engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a significant technical transformation, including migrating from Webflow to a modern code-based stack, and to build innovative AI-driven web tooling that enhances our workflows and user experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience building and managing high-traffic marketing websites, with a strong background in Next.js, TypeScript, and React. Experience with headless or hybrid CMS platforms integrated with Next.js is essential. A proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes—such as increasing conversions, streamlining content creation, or enhancing tracking accuracy—is highly valued. You should have hands-on experience with marketing data layers, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and attribution models. Familiarity with integrating marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and CRM systems, along with the ability to develop custom middleware, is required. A solid understanding of web performance optimization, core web vitals, technical SEO, and privacy compliance is necessary. Additionally, experience in utilizing AI agents and tooling within development workflows, coupled with a proactive mindset to own a domain in a fast-paced environment, will set you apart.

Responsibilities

• This is a builder role. You will own the architecture, development, and ongoing maintenance of Ivo's high-traffic website, ensuring it is scalable, performant, and aligned with business goals.
• Lead the migration from Webflow to a modern, code-based stack, managing the entire transition process and defining the resulting architecture.
• Develop a scalable landing page and publishing system that empowers marketers to create and deploy pages independently, reducing reliance on engineering resources.
• Design and implement a component-level A/B testing and experimentation framework integrated with our analytics stack to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
• Architect server-side tracking pipelines across multiple ad platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, enhancing tracking coverage and ad spend optimization.
• Create API integrations and middleware connecting the website with HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and the Ivo product, including seamless sign-up flows that accurately pass user data from first touch to the application.
• Own site performance, core web vitals, technical SEO, and privacy compliance, ensuring the website adheres to best practices and regulations.
• Build AI-driven web tools and workflows, including AI-assisted editing, publishing, and automation, to streamline development and content management processes.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop interactive components and polished front-end experiences, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and user experience.
