Website & Software Business Development & Sales Executive

We're a UK-headquartered digital agency with operations in the UK, UAE and India, helping businesses grow through high-performance websites, custom software, AI solutions and digital marketing. We're looking for an ambitious Website & Software Sales Executive to join our Dubai office and help drive our next stage of growth.

This is a full sales cycle role from business development to closing.

This is an opportunity to sell premium digital solutions to SMEs, mid-market businesses and enterprise clients across the UAE.

What You'll Be Selling

• Custom website design & development
• E-commerce solutions
• Bespoke software & web applications
• AI automation solutions
• Mobile applications
• Digital marketing retainers (SEO, PPC & AI search optimisation)
• Website support & maintenance packages

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals and outbound prospecting
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
• Qualify opportunities and understand business requirements.
• Deliver presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
• Work closely with our UK, UAE and India delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years' B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling websites, software, SaaS, digital marketing or technology solutions (essential)
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable selling projects ranging from a few thousand pounds to six-figure digital transformation programmes.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• UAE sales experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to setup an outbound sales system (preferred)
