After building a strong presence in France and expanding into Spain , Winamax is now accelerating its growth across Europe, with a clear ambition: to establish itself as a key player in Germany. In this context, the German market is a key step, with strong challenges around community building and adapting tone and content to a local audience. Missions 1 - Social Media Animation & Content Creation Manage and animate social media accounts related to sports and betting Create German-language content aligned with sports news and key events Adapt tone and formats to match Winamax’s editorial identity 2 - Social Media Strategy – German Market Define and execute a social media strategy tailored to the German audience Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency across channels Propose new content ideas and engagement initiatives 3 - Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor content performance (KPIs, engagement, reach…) Analyze results and continuously optimize actions Use relevant tools to manage workflows and reporting 4 - Market & Trends Monitoring Stay up to date with social media trends and sports news Monitor competitors and industry developments Leverage user feedback to improve content and engagement Expected profil Profile 👉 Native German speaker with a strong connection to the German market 👉 Passionate about sports (football, tennis, NBA…) and sports betting 👉 First experience in social media or content creation Skills 👉 Strong writing skills, especially in real-time contexts (live events, matches) 👉 Good knowledge of social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) 👉 Ability to create engaging content with a distinctive tone (humor, creativity) Location, Remote Work & Start Date Paris-based position (on-site) Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends depending on sports events Start date: ASAP Benefits & Package Salary: €36k gross annual fixed (depending on profile) Profit-sharing scheme €125 annual employee benefits budget Additional benefits Access to gym & sports activities Company events (poker, parties…) €200/year travel support to visit family (for 3 years, after 6 months) Relocation support (for candidates moving to France, not applicable to those already based in Paris) Apartment provided upon arrival (~30 min from the office) Administrative support (social security, paperwork, etc.) Onboarding assistance Hiring process Pre-screening Call – BOOST HR Interview – Winamax Practical Test – Live Tweeting Exercise - Winamax Manager Interview – Winamax
