Zoho Developer

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, integrating, and administering Zoho applications to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Those who are not in the UAE may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator (Low-Code Platform).
• Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, and reports.
• Administer and optimize Zoho Projects for project tracking and team collaboration.
• Configure and support Zoho Desk to enhance customer support operations.
• Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance across Zoho applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Zoho Development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Zoho Administration.
• A certification in Zoho Creator.
• Strong hands-on experience with:Zoho Creator (Low-Code Platform), Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Knowledge of database concepts and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
