About the Role We are looking for a forward-thinking Full-Stack Software Developer to join our remote team. Beyond traditional web development, the ideal candidate has hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence models into commercial applications. You will be responsible for building internal tools, automating complex workflows, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to give our US-based clients a massive competitive edge in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end web applications.
• Integrate modern AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) into existing software to automate tasks, build intelligent agents, or create AI-driven internal workflows.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional, AI-powered tech solutions.
• Implement data structures and pipelines (like basic RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that allow companies to interact with their own internal data using natural language.
• Maintain databases, troubleshoot bugs, and write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Full-Stack web development (React, Node.js, Express, and/or Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Proven, practical experience building applications that interact with LLM APIs (prompt engineering, function calling, API wrappers).
• Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone) is a massive plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical business owners.
• Self-starter mindset with strong time-management skills for a fully remote environment.

Must Have:

• 3–5 years of professional Full-Stack Software Development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, Python, Django, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini) into applications.
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, and API integrations.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, or automated workflows.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integration of internal business data.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Advanced English (B2/C1) and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and independent remote-working skills.
• LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Vector databases such as Pinecone.
• Experience deploying scalable AI-powered commercial applications.
• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
