Step Away from Clinic Burnout, Not Clinical Care
After 15+ years in high-volume in-person practice, you know the toll of packed waiting rooms, rigid commute times, and relentless administrative churn. Visana Health offers an intentional, sustainable alternative designed to restore your work-life balance.
We are a virtual women’s clinic delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care for complex and historically overlooked conditions—such as endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and heavy menstrual bleeding. Here, you leverage your deep clinical wisdom from home, set your own cadence within flexible shifts, and focus entirely on meaningful patient relationships without the overhead and fatigue of brick-and-mortar clinics.
Why Senior Clinicians Choose Visana
- True Flexibility & Restored Balance: Build your schedule around your life with a manageable 15-hour direct care commitment, zero commute, and paid administrative time.
- Practice at the Top of Your License: Treat patients who genuinely need your specialized experience in complex women's health conditions, backed by an expert collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Protected Admin Time: We pay for admin time when your schedules are full, so you don't have to manage that competing priority.
- High-Support Culture: Collaborate with seasoned clinical leadership and peer providers in weekly case conferences. Our provider retention rate (89% since 2025) reflects our commitment to clinician well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, unhurried virtual evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Guide patients through complex diagnostics and longitudinal management via secure messaging, telehealth visits, and phone follow-ups.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and coding within 24 hours of each encounter.
- Mentor and collaborate within a group-practice model through weekly clinical case reviews and peer discussions.
