We need an English-proficient PART-TIME Sales Development Rep , based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Volume cold calling into US prospects to book discovery meetings Generating qualified appointments for the sales team Focusing outreach specifically on Red Access and Cloudflare accounts Wearing multiple hats in a startup environment Research and identify decision-makers using AI tools, ICP profiling, and prospecting platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Claude) Identify prospect initiatives (security, data center, IT team needs) to open conversations Work daily with the Red Access account executive using their account base, templates, and call playbooks Requirements: 1-3 Years of experience as a Sales Development Representative. Proven US cold-calling / appointment-setting experience Coachable, creative, and resourceful with AI-powered prospecting tools Apollo.io experience preferred but not required (license and training provided) IT industry background a plus, not required Persistent and creative in outreach approach Experience or strong interest in the IT/tech space Compensation: The salary range offered for this part-time position varies from (USD) $400 - $500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform. The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
