You’ll oversee system architecture, select appropriate technologies, and collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will act as a technical advisor, resolving any complex challenges that arise during the project and mentoring developers on best practices. Key Tasks: Collect and analyze business and technical requirements Identify system risks and develop mitigation strategies Evaluate and select the best technologies, frameworks, and tools for the project Design and build system architecture and document specifications Provide technical support to development teams and address issues promptly Plan, execute, and assess performance, security, and scalability testing About the Company This is a leading company (with more than 1.000 employees) with a long track record in the construction industry, providing a wide range of building materials and solutions for infrastructure and construction projects. Requirements Must-Have: Japanese Language Business Level Strong understanding of architecture patterns and experience in designing and building system architectures Knowledge of various technology stacks (programming languages, frameworks, libraries – no specific preferences) Familiarity with quality management practices Experience with DevSecOps & Security Python & Nodejs Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Possession of any of the following certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Registered Information Security Specialist Systems Architect Certification Benefits Benefits Employment Type: Full-time employee Estimated Annual Salary: Up to ¥12M Remote Work: Available Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7.5-hour workday) Flexible Hours: Yes (Core Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Holidays: Full two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday) National holidays Year-end and New Year holidays (122 days of annual leave – 2023 data) Various paid leaves: annual leave, summer/winter break, bereavement leave, refresh leave, life support leave, anniversary leave Location Tokyo, Japan (Head Office in Shinjuku) Full remote work available across Japan.
