Job Description As a Product Owner (IT Services), you will be responsible for sharing the product vision and leading the development team to move in the right direction. You will play a key role in gathering business challenges and customer needs, bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. Your mission is to maximize product value by prioritizing the product backlog and delivering high-quality products in a timely manner. Appeal Points for this Position: Work-Life Balance (Fully Remote – Flexible Hours) Skill Development by Working with Great Leaders and Highly Skilled Professionals Possible to use English and Japanese (English is not a Must) Key Responsibilities: Define and share the product direction and vision Develop and communicate the product roadmap Conduct hypothesis testing through research and analysis; identify customer needs Perform market research, competitive analysis, usage analysis, and propose improvements Manage the product backlog; create user stories and define acceptance criteria Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including executive leadership and sales teams Participate in sprint planning and effectively convey requirements Attend sprint reviews, assess increments, and provide feedback Manage overall project operations; plan and execute release schedules About the Company We are a leading company in the construction industry with a long and trusted history.
