業務詳細

- プラットフォームエンジニアリング（ミドルウェア）チームをリードし、20名以上のベンダー要員をマネジメント

- 重要なミドルウェアおよびシステム連携プラットフォームの運用・サポート

- Tomcat、AWS/EC2、コンテナ、Pega、MQ、HULFT、DataStage、JP1などのテクノロジーを統括

- アプリケーション連携、データ変換、メッセージング、バックエンドサービスを管理

- パフォーマンス、信頼性、監視、運用自動化などを含むシステム改善をリード

- オンショア／オフショアのベンダーを管理し、納期、品質、パフォーマンスを統括

- 本番環境で発生する複雑な技術的問題のトラブルシューティングおよび解決をリード

- システムがセキュリティ、可用性、ディザスタリカバリ（災害復旧）の要件を満たすよう管理

- SecurityチームおよびInfrastructureチームと連携し、安全性・可用性・耐障害性に優れたアーキテクチャを構築

- 複数のプロジェクトおよびテクノロジーアップグレードを同時に管理

- シニアマネジメントに対して技術的な方向性や推奨事項を提示

- DevOps、CI/CD、運用自動化、生成AI（Generative AI）の導入を推進し、IT運用の効率・品質を向上

必須スキル

- IT業界で10年以上の経験があり、エンジニアリングまたはインフラストラクチャチームのリード経験

- Middleware／Integration／Platform Engineeringに関する豊富な経験

- 以下のうち複数のテクノロジーに関する実務経験：Tomcat、AWS / EC2、Containers、Kubernetes、MQ、Enterprise Service Bus（ESB）、HULFT、DataStage、JP1、Pega 等

- 高可用性（High Availability）システムの設計・運用サポート経験

- システムインテグレーションおよびデータインテグレーションに関する豊富な経験

- DevOpsおよびCI/CDの経験

- ITベンダーおよびオフショアチームのマネジメント経験

- セキュリティ、ディザスタリカバリ、RTO/RPO、クラウドインフラストラクチャに関する知識

- 優れたプロジェクトマネジメント、問題解決力、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力

A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is seeking a highly capable and bilingual IT Platform Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the company’s middleware platforms and production support environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Platform Engineering (Middleware) team and manage 20+ vendor resources

- Manage and support critical middleware and integration platforms

- Oversee technologies such as Tomcat, AWS/EC2, containers, Pega, MQ, HULFT, DataStage, and JP1

- Manage application integration, data transformation, messaging, and backend services

- Lead system improvements covering performance, reliability, monitoring, and automation

- Manage onshore and offshore vendors, including delivery, quality, and performance

- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues

- Ensure systems meet security, availability, and disaster recovery requirements

- Work with Security and Infrastructure teams on secure and resilient architectures

- Manage multiple projects and technology upgrades simultaneously

- Provide technical direction and recommendations to senior management

- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Generative AI to improve IT operations

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of IT experience, including experience leading engineering or infrastructure teams

- Strong experience with Middleware / Integration / Platform Engineering

- Handson experience with several of the following: Tomcat / AWS / EC2 / Containers / Kubernetes / MQ / Enterprise Service Bus / HULFT / DataStage / JP1 / Pega

- Experience designing and supporting highavailability systems

- Strong experience with system integration and data integration

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD

- Experience managing IT vendors and offshore teams

- Understanding of security, disaster recovery, RTO/RPO, and cloud infrastructure

- Strong project management, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
