• Languages: Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish – both languages are essential for the position

About the Position

We are looking for an SAP SD Consultant with at least 6 years of consulting experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience with 3PL environments.

The professional will work with SAP SD configuration, sales and delivery processes, pricing and determination functionalities, third-party integrations, testing, cutover activities, and go-live support.

The position requires practical knowledge of SAP SD processes integrated with 3PL operations and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SD basic functions, including complete Pricing, Output Determination, Material Determination, Listing/Exclusion, and Free Goods Determination.
• Support SAP SD processes involving 3PL interfaces.
• Configure and support sales processes such as Third-Party Sales, Consignment Sales, Free of Charge, Returns, Credit Memo, and Debit Memo.
• Configure and support Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, and their automatic determination during sales order processing.
• Configure and support Delivery Document Types, Delivery Item Categories, and Billing Document Types.
• Configure Account Determination, Revenue Account Determination, Material Determination, Output Determination, and Free Goods processes.
• Configure Availability Check and Credit Management processes.
• Support Make-to-Order (MTO) and Stock Transport Order (STO) processes.
• Support integrations with third-party systems through EDI, IDocs, or other connectivity mechanisms.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute and support Integration Testing activities.
• Participate in cutover activities and go-live support for system changes.

• Knowledge of Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, and their automatic determination
• Knowledge of Delivery Document Types and Delivery Item Categories
• Knowledge of Billing Document Types
• Knowledge of Account Determination and Revenue Account Determination
• Knowledge of Availability Check customization
• Knowledge of Credit Management customization
• Knowledge of MTO processes
• Knowledge of STO processes
• Knowledge of third-party integrations using EDI, IDocs, or other connectivity mechanisms
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience executing Integration Testing
• Experience with cutover activities
• Experience with go-live activities

Languages

• English: Advanced/Fluent – mandatory

• The professional must be able to manage business and project communication effectively in both languages
