About the Position

We are looking for an SAP BPC Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support SAP Business Planning and Consolidation solutions, covering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.

The professional will work with SAP BPC Standard or Embedded, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems, supporting financial stakeholders in the development, optimization, and evolution of planning and consolidation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and optimize SAP BPC planning and consolidation solutions.
• Develop and maintain financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Build and optimize SAP BPC models, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, and script logic.
• Develop SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and EPM templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure and support financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and ownership management.
• Integrate SAP BPC with SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and other source systems.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and document solution designs.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer and training.
• Recommend improvements aligned with the SAP product roadmap.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Standard or Embedded.
• Experience with SAP BPC on SAP HANA or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and legal and management consolidation.
• Experience configuring BPC models, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, and script logic.
• Experience with Member Formulas, Data Manager, and Business Process Flows (BPF).
• Experience with SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and/or EPM Add-in.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/BW4HANA modeling, including InfoProviders, transformations, and Data Transfer Processes (DTPs).
• Experience integrating SAP BPC with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems.
• Knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and ownership management.
• Understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS consolidation concepts.
• Experience executing unit and integration tests and supporting UAT.
• Experience with production support and performance tuning.

Preferred Requirements

• SAP BPC certification.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting.
• Experience with migration from SAP BPC to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration points.
• Experience with ABAP debugging.
• Experience with global, multi-entity financial consolidation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Advanced English — mandatory for professional communication and technical interviews.
