Position Overview

We are looking for an SRE DevOps professional to support and maintain secure, reliable production environments by combining software engineering, DevOps practices, container orchestration, database operations, and observability.

The professional will be responsible for supporting production systems, participating in on-call operations, monitoring application and infrastructure services, and contributing to operational reliability.

The position involves working across application, container, and database layers, applying security principles and observability practices to maintain stable production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain secure and reliable production environments.
• Participate in on-call operations to address production incidents and operational issues.
• Monitor application and infrastructure services using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Work across application, container, and database layers to troubleshoot production issues.
• Apply DevOps practices to support production operations and service reliability.
• Use software engineering knowledge to investigate and resolve operational problems.
• Apply security principles and practices to production environments and operational activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience with Java or Python
• Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps practices
• Experience with Kubernetes or AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar relational database technologies
• Experience supporting production environments
• Experience participating in on-call operations
• Experience with Grafana for monitoring and observability
• Experience with Prometheus for metrics collection and monitoring
• Knowledge of security-focused software engineering and operational practices
• Availability to work onsite in São Paulo three days per week

Languages

• Advanced English is mandatory, including the ability to participate confidently in technical interviews and professional discussions.
