Job Description At estie Inc. , we are building the future of the commercial real estate industry by combining one of Japan's largest commercial real estate datasets with cutting-edge AI technologies. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Real Estate AI Lab , where you'll focus on transforming AI models into scalable, production-ready software that delivers real value to customers. Rather than researching AI models themselves, your mission is to build and operate AI-powered products—from Proof of Concept (PoC) and MVP development to full-scale commercial deployment. Working with technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps , you will help accelerate digital transformation across one of Japan's largest industries. Job Responsibilities Develop AI-powered products through rapid software engineering Design and implement AI models and data pipelines Build and operate MLOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to develop AI applications Lead AI product planning, PoC development, and MVP implementation Work closely with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and product requirements Design and develop innovative AI products that maximize customer value Continuously improve products based on customer feedback and market needs About the Company estie Inc. is a fast-growing technology startup with the mission of "Unlocking the Full Potential of Industries."
