Role Description The 销售营销总监 at Starpago is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives across key markets. This position oversees the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Starpago’s payment solutions, including pipeline generation, market expansion, and brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales and marketing teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and optimizing sales operations to drive revenue growth. The role also involves building strategic partnerships, coordinating cross-functional campaigns with product and operations teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and relationship management. The director will analyze market trends and customer feedback, refine business development plans, and report on KPIs to senior leadership while fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in Business Development, identifying growth opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management, leading cross-functional teams, and developing talent.
• Solid Customer Service background, with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with a deep understanding of digital payment products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in professional business settings.
• Track record of designing and executing sales and marketing strategies in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and ability to work independently across time zones.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
