About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to build, own, and scale our creator partnerships function from the ground up. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for UGC creators and influencers, managing the entire partnership lifecycle—from initial discovery and negotiation to content review and long-term relationship management. This is an early-stage opportunity to take total ownership of our creator network and drive direct impact for our growing brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and evaluate authentic, high-potential UGC creators and influencers who align with our brands' vision, tone, and quality standards.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Lead creator outreach, negotiating competitive fees, deliverable packages, usage rights, timelines, and collaboration terms.
• Briefing & Execution: Translate brand goals into clear creative briefs, ensuring creators fully understand format guidelines, messaging, and deadlines.
• Pipeline Management: Track multiple active creator campaigns simultaneously, coordinate revisions, remove execution blockers, and maintain structured internal databases.
• Partner Retention: Provide actionable creative feedback, ensure a seamless creator experience, and convert top-performing creators into long-term brand partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual Communication (Spanish & English B2+): Clear, professional written and spoken skills in both languages to confidently manage external creators and negotiate terms.
• Pipeline & Project Management: Highly organized with a track record of tracking multiple creators, deliverables, deadlines, and revision rounds simultaneously without losing detail.
• Relationship Building & Negotiation: Diplomatic, confident communicator skilled at conducting outreach, setting expectations, and negotiating fees and usage rights.
• Creative Brand Fit Instincts: Sharp judgment to quickly assess creator authenticity, audience alignment, and content quality.

Background & Experience:

• Relevant Experience: 1–3 years in influencer marketing, UGC management, creator relations, social media, community management, talent coordination, or agency account management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation of up to USD 15,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Tools & Work Style

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with Insense or other creator management platforms is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Available to work with significant overlap with U.S. business hours, ideally Eastern Time.
• Comfortable giving feedback, following up consistently, and holding creators accountable.
