■ Minimum Requirements

- Practical experience in data analysis and the implementation/tuning of machine learning models using Python.

- Practical experience in preprocessing large-scale data, feature engineering, and building data pipelines.

- Experience proactively driving machine learning projects, leading team development, and managing code.

- Ability to understand algorithmic principles based on reading the latest academic papers and experience applying them in practice.

- Experience leading the process from understanding business challenges to preprocessing/analyzing real data, hypothesis formulation, and proposing solutions.

- A degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge/experience.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Practical statistical analysis experience using Bayesian optimization, causal inference, statistical modeling, or Design of Experiments (DOE).

- Experience in mathematical optimization, simulation, or modeling that combines physical models with machine learning.

- Experience developing and applying machine learning models in specific domains using Natural Language Processing (including LLMs).

- Experience proposing solutions to client issues at a consulting firm or SIer.
