• Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find decision-makers.
• Build your own pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual outreach and appointment KPIs.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
• Active LinkedIn profile.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to independently source leads and build prospect lists.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency or digital services company is a significant advantage.
