Role Description The Front-End Developer (مطور أمامي) is a full-time remote role responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing user-facing interfaces for Code Way’s web platforms and learning tools. Day-to-day tasks include translating UI/UX designs into responsive web pages, implementing interactive features, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and content teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performant web experiences. The Front-End Developer will also troubleshoot and debug issues, continuously refine the user experience based on feedback and metrics, and contribute to code reviews and documentation. This position requires a proactive approach to learning new technologies and best practices to keep Code Way’s digital experience modern and engaging.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design.
• Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Web Development and Software Development for building scalable applications.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Back-End Web Development to collaborate effectively with server-side teams.
• Relevant experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
