About T-DRILL

Our products include tube branch forming machines, chipless tube cutting machines, tube end forming machines, and portable tube fabrication tools for industrial users.
As our global service business continues to grow, we are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Asia team.
Position: Service Engineer
Location: Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Work Model: Hybrid (Remote & On-site)
You will be responsible for:
• Machine installation, commissioning and maintenance
• Customer training and technical support
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Supporting customers across Asia
• Technical support activities at our headquarters in Finland
• Regular international travel
We are looking for someone with an electrical, automation or mechatronics engineering background, with an interest in mechanical engineering and industrial machinery.
Qualifications
• Degree or associate degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings and machine documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Independent, proactive and eager to learn
