The primary mission of this role is to drive strategic SEO marketing initiatives through robust, high-performance full-stack engineering. Working in a tight, agile loop alongside the assigned Product Manager and Engineering Lead, you will take on ambiguous, high-impact web scaling challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the platform's ability to scale consumer web traffic, maintain delivery velocity, and ship highly optimized code that reaches millions of users. 🔍 Key Responsibilities End-to-End Feature Ownership: Independently own, scope, architecture, and deliver full-stack features from initial design phases through to final production deployment with minimal supervision. Full-Stack Engineering: Write production-quality, scalable code utilizing React and TypeScript on the front-end, alongside Java and Spring Boot on the back-end. Requirements Translation: Break down ambiguous engineering challenges and high-level marketing requirements into actionable, clean technical solutions. Project Management & Estimations: Accurately estimate development timelines, manage project scope, and make sound technical trade-offs autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with the Product Manager (PM) and Engineering Lead to negotiate scope, surface technical blockers early, and keep feature delivery consistently on track. 💡 Must-Have Skills 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, with a heavy and proven emphasis on front-end development. Front-End Stack: Deep, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript (or modern JavaScript). Back-End Stack: Solid back-end development experience building services with Java and the Spring Boot framework. Autonomy & Delivery: Proven ability to build and maintain production-quality web applications independently, manage relationships with stakeholders, and drive results without regular oversight. Experience working in Agile teams and fully remote environments. Fluent English for seamless daily verbal and written communication. 🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills Leadership Experience: Previous experience acting as a Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or serving as the primary technical owner for major engineering initiatives. Domain Expertise: Experience developing high-traffic consumer web applications or initiatives focused heavily on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web performance. Team & Web Best Practices: Experience mentoring junior engineers, running deep performance optimization, ensuring web accessibility (a11y), and implementing modern web best practices. Cross-functional Experience: Prior experience collaborating closely with UX (User Experience) Designers and Marketing teams within large-scale, distributed organizations.
