We are looking for a
First-Line Technical Support Administrator
to strengthen our Technical Support department and handle the growing volume of user requests.
Please note
this is a fully remote position open to candidates located in any country within approximately up to 3 hours east and up to 1 hour west of Cyprus.
Key responsibilities:
Communicate with internal users of trading and banking systems in writing.
Analyze and register requests, clarify details, and classify them by priority.
Assist users by setting up and using our financial products and trading platform.
Resolve standard technical issues and escalate requests to the second-line support team when necessary.
Maintain reports and document requests, and solutions.
At least 1 year of experience in user technical support and/or a call centre.
Basic knowledge of SQL and some experience working with databases and task trackers.
Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic technical literacy and a willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area.
Responsibility, punctuality, and stress resilience.
Nice to Have:
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Understanding the basic principles of financial markets and exchange operations.
Experience working with databases and SQL queries.
Fully remote work.
Working schedule: 5/2, 15:00–24:00 Moscow time, with possible paid weekend shifts.
Daytime and evening working hours according to the Moscow time zone.
A service contract with a Cyprus-based company.
Fixed monthly salary in euros.
