Join T&M Emerson's Engineering Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic R&D environment. Working alongside experienced engineers and dedicated mentors, you will contribute to real projects while developing technical and professional skills across the product development lifecycle. Opportunities are available in Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Test Development, and RF Engineering.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support assigned projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve procurement, sourcing, supplier, quality, or supply chain processes.
  • Participate in process improvement, automation, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support business objectives.
  • Present project findings, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
One of the following areas of interest:
1.Procurement Engineering Intern
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals, manufacturing processes, or quality systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, or component information.
  • Interest in supplier quality, component technologies, manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2.Direct Procurement Intern

  • Interest in purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and supply continuity.
  • Ability to analyze procurement, supplier, delivery, and inventory data.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

3. Direct Procurement Intern

  • Interest in sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and business services.
  • Ability to analyze spend, sourcing, and supplier-performance data.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

4. Commodity Management Intern

  • Interest in strategic sourcing, supplier management, market analysis, and cost optimization.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with automation and digital tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, or related technologies.
  • Experience with academic, internship, or project work involving supply chain, procurement, engineering, or business analysis.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
