Join T&M Emerson's Engineering Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic R&D environment. Working alongside experienced engineers and dedicated mentors, you will contribute to real projects while developing technical and professional skills across the product development lifecycle. Opportunities are available in Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Test Development, and RF Engineering.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support engineering projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Participate in design, development, prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve product performance.
  • Apply engineering principles and academic knowledge to real-world applications.
  • Document findings, test results, and recommendations throughout project execution.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
One of the following technical competencies:
1.Hardware Engineering Intern (Analog/Digital)
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits, digital logic, embedded systems, analog circuits, or power supply design.
  • Interest in circuit design, simulation, debugging, and laboratory measurements.
2.Software Engineering Intern
  • Programming knowledge in C/C++.
  • Understanding of embedded systems, hardware interfacing, computer architecture, or object-oriented programming.
3.Mechanical Engineering Intern
  • Understanding of mechanical design principles and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with 3D CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks.
4.Test Development Intern (EE)
  • Interest in test methodologies, measurement systems, automation, hardware-software integration, and data analysis.
5.RF Engineering Intern
  • Knowledge of RF fundamentals, circuit design, testing, or wireless communication concepts.
  • Interest in validation, sustaining engineering, and manufacturing support activities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on project, laboratory, or academic team experience.
  • Familiarity with engineering simulation, testing, or development tools relevant to the discipline.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
