2027 Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program

The Eastdil Secured Savills Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program is a one-week virtual training program developed specifically for university or college students. The program will take place from Monday, June 14 through Thursday, June 17 and include two virtual sessions hosted each day. Topics covered will include: Basic real estate finance concepts, fundamentals and principles Hands-on general Excel training Hands-on general real estate financial modeling in Excel (ARGUS is not included in this program) While no specific templates are used, there will be a focus on general topics, which will help participants interview at any real estate firm. Morning and afternoon sessions are progressive and designed to build on one another, so full participation is encouraged. Sessions are not recorded or distributed after the program. Participants who complete the program in full are awarded an Eastdil Secured Savills Certificate of Completion .
