ビジネス＆クライアント サービス

ビジネス＆クライアント サービスは、福岡県北九州市にあるエリア限定職種です。企業向けの保険代理店として、企業の保険契約サポートや手続き代行など、保険制度運営に関する幅広いオペレーション業務を行っています。

We will count on you to / 具体的な業務内容：

業務内容は配属チームによって専門領域が異なりますが、例として以下3チームの業務内容をご紹介します。

• EHB/MMB Operations (Employee Health＆Benefits/Mercer Marsh Benefits)チーム：企業の全従業員様に関する保険の書類手続きやデータ加工、また従業員様が任意で加入を希望する保険や様々な福利厚生の対応をトータルにサポートしています。従業員様からのご相談や手続きを一括で対応できる体制を整え、安心をお届けしています。

• Affinity Operationsチーム：自動車の延長保証や自動車メーカーのブランド保険を専門に扱い、自動車販売ディーラーの皆さまと密に連携しながら、お客様の安心と信頼を支えています。

• P&C Operations (Property＆Casualty)チーム：Client Onboarding、Placement & Policy Servicing、Invoicing (Fiduciary) の3つのチームで構成され、新規顧客情報の登録から請求書発行、保険契約書類の管理まで幅広く対応しています。正確な情報管理とスムーズな業務運営を通じて、社内外の関係者が安心して業務を進められる環境づくりを支えています。

What you need to have / 応募条件:

• 新卒者の場合：2028年3月までに国内海外の四年制大学、大学院を卒業・修了見込みの新卒者(学部・学科不問)
• 第二新卒者の場合：新卒入社後のフルタイム勤務経験２年以内
• 日本語力（ビジネスレベル・N1以上）
