Powered by the Omni marketing orchestration system, OMG connects best-in-class capabilities that enable our full-service media agencies OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, Initiative, Mediahub, UM, and our specialty business unit agencies to deliver more relevant and actionable consumer experiences, more productive and proactive client experiences, and more collaborative and rewarding talent experiences for the more than 24,000 people serving the world’s leading brands in OMG agencies around the globe.

Position Summary

Investment Operations & Forecasting is a global discipline within the Investment function, focused on building and scaling the processes, governance, and operational infrastructure that power accurate, standardized, and actionable investment forecasting and reporting across our agencies and markets.

The Director, Commercial Enablement will serve as the operational bridge between the centralized Investment Operations function and the agency commercial trade and barter organizations (OMnet and Orion). This role is responsible for standardizing commercial workflows across principal media, capital, and barter deal activations to ensure consistent processes, governance, and reporting regardless of which commercial entity an agency partners with.

This individual will lead the harmonization of commercial processes across OMnet and Orion, ensuring alignment with broader agency investment operations standards. The role will also support the integration of commercial tools and systems into agency workflows, including the implementation and operationalization of Salesforce for the Commercial organization.

The Director will work closely with Commercial Design leadership, Agency Enablement, Data Operations, and Product teams to ensure commercial workflows are scalable, compliant, transparent, and connected to forecasting and reporting infrastructure. This role will be pivotal to the evangelization of these standards and practices across the agency portfolio, while also serving as a key liaison for agency teams to provide feedback to further enhance and optimize ways of working.

The goal of this role is to create a unified, standardized commercial operating model that enables agencies to seamlessly leverage trade, capital, and principal solutions with consistency and clarity across the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead the standardization of commercial workflows across OMnet and Orion by developing a change management approach from the current ways of working to the new, harmonized Commercial Design vision.
Harmonize principal media, capital, and barter deal processes across both organizations, ensuring consistent governance, documentation, approval flows, and reporting standards.
Ensure agencies experience a unified commercial workflow regardless of entity engagement, helping to liaise between both parties to facilitate feedback loops
Align commercial deal workflows with broader investment forecasting, reporting, and QA processes.
Ensure principal and barter transactions are accurately reflected in investment systems and reporting outputs.
Collaborate with Agency Enablement Directors to ensure operational alignment across direct and commercial investment models.
Partner with Commercial Design and Investment Operations teams to stand up Salesforce as a centralized commercial workflow platform.
Define operational requirements, process design, and user adoption standards.
Ensure Salesforce connects seamlessly to forecasting, data operations, and reporting infrastructure.
Standardize documentation requirements and approval processes for commercial deals.
Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure capital and barter workflows align with financial controls and regulatory standards.
Monitor adherence to standardized processes and drive corrective actions where needed.
Act as the liaison between Commercial leadership, agencies, Investment Operations, Data Operations, and Finance.
Establish structured feedback loops to inform continuous improvement.
Support training and onboarding of agencies and commercial teams on standardized workflows.
Identify operational efficiencies and scalability opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce duplication, mitigate manual intervention, and eliminate fragmentation.
Support automation and integration initiatives that improve visibility and execution.
Contribute to the long-term roadmap for the evolution of the commercial operating model.
