Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba solutions to support procurement operations, including sourcing, contract management, procurement, and supplier management. Customize SAP Ariba functionalities as needed to meet specific business needs, including catalog management, workflow configuration, and integration with other systems. Lead system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP Ariba implementations. Provide training and support to end-users for SAP Ariba functionalities and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba configurations, interfaces, and integrations. Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba developments, best practices, and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and suppliers, to ensure alignment of SAP Ariba solutions with overall business objectives. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and optimize SAP Ariba functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience working with SAP Ariba, including implementation, configuration, and support. Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management. Proficiency in SAP Ariba integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP) and third-party solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
