Design, implement, and maintain SAP security solutions, including user access management, role design, authorization management, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls. Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate security risks within SAP systems. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for SAP systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA). Monitor SAP security logs and alerts, investigate security incidents, and implement remediation actions as necessary. Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams on SAP security best practices and procedures. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support SAP security audits and compliance assessments. Stay updated on the latest SAP security developments, best practices, and industry trends. Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure that security requirements are integrated into new SAP implementations and system upgrades. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience working with SAP security, including design, implementation, and support. Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including user management, role design, authorization objects, and SoD controls. Hands-on experience with SAP security tools and technologies, such as SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), SAP Identity Management (IDM), and SAP Access Control. Experience with security risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security incident response within SAP environments. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to SAP security (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
