Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos. Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, tax, and regulatory teams. Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Provide strategic advice to clients on capital raising and M&A opportunities. Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments affecting the BFSI sector and relevant sub-sectors. Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 7-14 years of progressive experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on equity deals. Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution. Proven track record of successfully closing equity transactions in the BFSI sector, including FinTech, Consumer, Healthcare, or Education. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial modeling software.
