2D Artist (Remote OK)

As a 2D Artist (Concept Art) you will work on developing the graphical identity of a videogame. Responsibilities: Creates character concepts, illustrations, environments and backgrounds in collaboration with the game designer and art director Conceives the game interface and menus Makes sure that all the graphic assets have an unitary graphic aspect, in accordance with the game’s determined. Qualifications Strong knowledge of color theory Excellent sense of color, the possibility to create well-balanced color palettes, an ease of transposing ideas into already decided colors Outstanding drawing and composition skills Strong Photoshop skills Knowledge of classical drawing and painting techniques Ability to work in an already defined style 3D modeling experience in low and high poly is a plus Experience in texturing is a plus Academic background in Arts or equivalent Ability to follow and adapt to different stylistic guidelines Ability to work with SVN (checkout, committing, update, etc.) Ability to accurately estimate time to complete tasks and manage priorities to meet deadlines 3D modeling, sculpting and texturing experience in both low and high poly, is a plus; Important In order for us to consider your application, please send your portfolio or samples of your work (demos, animations, images, websites, etc.), indicating the address of your website and portfolio if you have one.
